Champion Arcadian Gem's Padparadschah 11/2/1994 - 8/22/2009 Madeleine blazed the way toward many firsts for Arcadian kennel: My first homebred AKC Champion. My first WB at the Montgomery Kennel Club national specialty. My first Group winner. My first dog to compete at the Westminster Kennel Club. But most of all, she was my ever-loving and devoted companion of almost 15 years. Rest easy, my sweet Princess. |

| We actively show our dogs in AKC Conformation events and have bred many champions, produced multiple Group Winners at all breed dog shows, and been fortunate to have been awarded ribbons and points at regional and national Norwich Terrier specialties. While we appreciate the many awards our dogs have received at these events, our primary concern is to produce happy and healthy dogs with excellent temperaments. |

The Norwich and Norfolk Terriers Club had covered both breeds until the club decided to separate. Now the Norwich Terrier Club of America (NTCA) is putting together a website at http://norwichterrierclub.org/ Arcadian Kennel is no longer affiliated with the Norwich Terrier Club, but as the previous breed columnist for the AKC "Gazette" as appointed by the now-defunct Norwich and Norfolk Terrier Club (NNTC), I attempted to share various information about the breed, including health issues, book resources, etc. I would be happy to forward them to you if requested.
